1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Exalt Digital Media LLC ("Exalt Digital", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Exalt Digital Media provides digital marketing automation services including missed-call auto-text, web chat widgets, Google review management, and related SaaS tools to local businesses on a monthly subscription basis.

3. SMS Messaging & Communications

By submitting your contact information through our website chat widget or contact form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Exalt Digital Media related to your inquiry, service updates, appointment coordination, and customer support.

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages.
• Reply HELP for help or contact us at jope@exaltdigitalmedia.com.
• Opting out will not affect your ability to receive service via email or phone.

4. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is due on the same date each month. All fees are non-refundable. Either party may cancel with 14 days written notice to jope@exaltdigitalmedia.com.

5. Limitation of Liability

Exalt Digital Media's total liability is limited to the most recent monthly fee paid by the client. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as leads generated, reviews received, or revenue earned.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, workflows, templates, and automation systems created by Exalt Digital Media remain the intellectual property of Exalt Digital Media LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Somerset County, New Jersey.
